It's exactly how it looks in the product page picture and is a nice cotton texture. The color in my photos reads darker than it appears in person. It looks good (or it will when the wrinkles are gone). I took a star off because it smells really bad out of the package and it's also on the more expensive side. I purchased vintage tan which I’d describe as a golden tan. It’s adds a great rustic touch to my otherwise traditional bathroom, and the fringe is the perfect touch. This listing says it’s machine wash cold but the tags say to hand wash in cold water and do not tumble dry. I had just about given up on finding a good quality shower curtain that didn’t cost a fortune, but this one is far better than I expected! It’s woven texture and weight just scream quality, and even the tag is placed on the back upper edge where it cannot show (most curtains have it flapping at the edge of the lower hem, where it does show). The black stripes are a tad more bold than they appear in the picture, which is a bonus for me.
