[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rig came very well equipped packed upon receipt. We it this rug in our guest room and noticed it laid flat pretty quickly. A lot of rugs tend to keep a bit of a curl closer to the center where it had been rolled for storage. We noticed that it has good weight so it doesn’t slip around despite us. Not having something to keep it in place. Obviously once we put it under the bed, the bed is what’s keeping it in place. The rug has a very saddle design. It looks very well-made. It doesn’t have any strange sense to it and feels very plush under our feet. The only thing I did notice is that there were times I thought there suddenly might be stains, or random strings to the rug but for when I’d go check, I found like a plastic string that was stuck to the rug and I had to pull it out. Maybe it was used when weaving it? Other than that, no complaints so far. We have vacuumed it and been using it lightly and not noticed any damage to it. This set is beautiful! I like that the design/feel is slightly different on both sides. Usually, reversible rugs are exactly the same on both sides, so this was a nice change. The thickness of the set is what makes this feel so luxurious. It's like night and day compared to standard rugs. Also, the different lengths/sizes in the set make this even more useful. The rug arrives folded and will require some work to get it looking good. As far as color and quality, it looked as pictured and appears to be well made. A good shake reveals lots of lint, so I placed it in my dryer on the “air fluff” setting for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the rug began to come alive. Clean out your air filter, it will be loaded with lint. Hang it over a door or railing. Fill an empty spray bottle with water and lightly spritz the rug. The weight of the rug and water will remove all the creases. Also brush the fibers with your fingers to fluff up the flattened fibers. Once it dried, I spritzed it did it again and followed up with another 30 minutes in the drier on “air fluff”, now the rug looks amazing. I hung it over the door, overnight.
