Unit is defective from manufacturer. Contractor installed and the hood will not raise up. I know electrical controls pretty well and after doing some troubleshooting the button to raise the hood gets no power from the board and the fuse is in good condition. Hope it gets fixed quickly.. First this took weeks to arrive. It took 2 weeks for it to even ship so Wayfair had to open an investigation. When they finally arrived I was so disappointed. I was expecting a print but the description said hand embellished so I thought they maybe added some paint on top of the print. No such luck and it looked embarrassingly cheap. Immediately sent back. I have owned the range hood 6 months now and it performs well. It pulls cooking smells out of the room without making too much noise. I like the button placement and the lights are bright. The baffles are easy to clean. the hood looks great in my kitchen.. Batman. Sat Mar 28 2026
