This was an open box purchase and I can't believe I scored this shower system! Unbelievable value for the open box price. I purchased this for a home build so I have not installed or used yet. ***Post installation review: Sometimes something too good to be true actually is. I would not rate this 5 stars if I had a "re-do", I would rate it 3 stars. The system works and it's almost as pictured. The set came wrapped and I checked to make sure everything was included and it was. The problem is that everything was polished EXCEPT for the bar - it was a brushed finish. So now I have a shower system that has two finishes. It may not bother some people, but it bothers me. I just wish that information would have been disclosed. MrSteam Remote temperature probe used to accurately read the temperature inside the steam room and send it to the controller.

You will not be receiving this product as pictured. The pictured item is the sensor probe for their commercial stream generators. The residential stream generator only comes with the probe, no metal housing/ grill. Mr. Stan expects you to put the probe within your grout....so not sure how this would work down the road if you ever needed to service or replace this probe...rip out your grout? Also, you'd need to consider your spacing in your grout where you'd be placing this probe. Wish I knew ahead of ordering and then requesting replacement which arrived like the first, no housing/grill.
