Overall I am very pleased (so far) with this desk. Admittedly, I am writing this review on the very first workday that I am using it, so I am still trying to get a feel for it compared to my old desk. As far as functionality goes, I give it 5-stars. It’s very easy to use and smoothly operates for height adjustment. It wasn’t overly difficult to put together even though it did take my husband and about 4 hours to do so. Ironically, the drawers were the most difficult part because the instructions (at least to us) weren’t too clear. We’re both quite adept at building furniture from a box, so to have stumped us is saying something. Speaking of the drawers, since this is a large desk, I’d rather have a second keyboard tray than the drawers. The main reason I’m giving it 4-stars is that the LED light strip all too easily broke while adding it to the desk. BTW, the installation of the light strip was also less the ideally shown in the instructions. But, the manufacturer is working on sending out a new kit to me even as I type this out, so at least the issue is getting corrected. Other than that, I will say that so far, I truly am enjoying the desk! I do LOVE the fact that you can have up to 4 presets saved. That’s far more helpful than I even originally thought it would be. This is my first standing desk, so it’s new territory for me. All in all, though, I would definitely recommend this desk. Just be sure to be super careful when sticking the LED strip to the desk because it snaps way too easily. This piece was exactly as advertised. The final measurements were exactly as they should be. It is a decent quality. The instructions were very good, but I wish they had said that there was no need to remove baseboards. Each section is in 2 pieces and the top overhangs the bottom at the back by at least 1/4" so the baseboards fit behind it fine. Make sure you pay attention to the circles that show how to align the pieces correctly. Some of the screws were flat rather than pointed, which made it difficult to alight them correctly in the pilot holes. Some of the pilot holes did not go through the laminate, which make it more difficult to start the screws. Overall I am very happy with the piece and it fit perfectly in my closet.. Laura. Missouri.
