Great quality and love the simple design. I didn't use this on a door that was made for a dummy handle, it was a working handle before. I like how it looks like - kinda old style and cozy. I wasn’t sure which set do I need to select - left hand or right hand, but the support team helped me with it. Deadbolt, Matte Black

The locksmith came to install the lock and we discovered that two of the four batteries that came with the unit were dead. I called Wayfair's great customer service folks, who are sending out four fresh batteries. Normally this would not be an issue but I have never seen these batteries before. They are CR 123A 3V lithium batteries. In researching these, the internet says the batteries should have a 10-year shelf life, I don't know why they would be dead. The lock seems sturdy and very well made. I have three other keypad locks that take AA batteries and I am constantly replacing them. When I get power on the lock I will update my review.. Brenda.
