So I ordered a sink from Wayfair and it came with dark spots inside the sink all over. I called for return and the lady was keep pushing me to keep the sink and use vinegar and soap to take the stains off of it, but I refused to do that because I didn’t want to damage it further. She tried to convince me at least 17 minutes. Finally when she realized I was not gonna try anything like that she send the return label. After receiving the label I drop the sink at the FEDX. But never received refund. After two weeks I call and the lady name harmony did great job she helped me to get my refund as well as order the new sink. The holes for the sink sit a little too far forward, however it is true to specs. For a standard ADA sink I wish the holes sat back further, as we have cabinets that also sit further back. We may have to bring the cabinets off the wall in order to accommodate the pipes that sit under the sink. Ships in great condition and very quickly! I called customer serbice snd after 20 minutes could not tell me whether it comes with the drsin strainer? Really nice in our kitchen. We replaced an old cast iron sink with this one and it instantly updated my kitchen. Only problem is there is a metal rail all around the bottom rim of the sink that you put the clips on to hold it into place. The plumber had to cut my counter top so the sink would fit.. Carol.
