When I tried to return it cause I dont want to deal with nonsense, they want to make me pay for shipping. Very shady practices. I got this 1 1/2 years ago. It is obvious this grill is built to last for the long term. I grill 3 - 4 times a week and this baby is going to endure. The magic of this grill is the heat retention.
