Came in missing parts. The he sofa was missing the side brackets to slide the side piece on. The company immediately sent out the brackets. Problem was, we were unable to get them on there perfectly so we just left it off. Pros: good manufacture to purchase from, the quality it good, and when sitting on it as a chair it’s comfortable. Cons: the reclining part I'm not impressed with. When you recline it as far as it goes, it’s not for tall people (meaning over 5’7”) your feet overhang. FIVE Stars! First off, Wayfair AND KOHLER have the most phenomenal customer service and I write that because we had trouble with our first plumber saying products were defective and they were not it was the plumbers inadequacy. Kohler makes the best products and I chose to have every toilet and faucet and drain by Kohler. This being said, I love the luxurious Kohler faucets for my double sink. I didn’t get a Kohler sink, so note if and when you indulge in these faucets, if your sink is like mine, you will need a universal drain since the sink is a “concealed drain” (which a drain is included, just not universal) which I was told my Kohler means it will not be able to flood over. Anyway, these faucets are an absolute splurge for us, but for our primary shower that we hope to use for the next 15-20 years living here, we (being me, I) felt it was worth it. Thank you Wayfair. Vanity arrived very well packaged. It is much better quality than similarly sized vanities at the big box stores in all of the materials used for construction. No flimsy side or back panels! The soft closed hinges on the doors and rails for the roll-outs and drawers are of excellent quality. The cabinet looks as nice from the inside as it does on the outside. The top shelf is not adjustable it is fixed. Really tall items will not fit in the roll out below, but items shorter than 9.25” will. I love my vanity! It is beautiful and high quality. The process went very smoothly until delivery. I paid extra to have it delivered into my bathroom, but when it got here, the delivery men said they couldn’t do that even though I paid extra to Wayfair to specifically have this done! I really like the color and the fabric of this sofa it hooks together like a sectional would with places in front to add an ottoman. This looks like a high end piece of furniture. The vanity itself is very nice and I’m happy with the purchase. Getting it into my home though, was a nightmare. Due to COVID they will not deliver it into the room. I live in a condo on an upper floor. The piece most likely weighs 400lbs! I had to hire a separate set of movers to bring it Into my home. It is my feeling that for heavy items that clearly need professional moving, they should continue to offer the “ into the room service” it was ridiculous to think I could move this myself. There were also issues with the local delivery service Wayfair used to delivery the vanity. They drove by my street and never delivered it to me! Wayfair did a good job in tracking down what happened although they took nothing off of the price for my trouble.
