We’re going love sitting outside this summer. It’s a great space for family gatherings, an outside reading and relaxing spot, and enjoying the sun without too much exposure. Zippers on each corner allow sides to be raised to catch more of a breeze. It wasn’t as easy as I’d hoped. Structure was fairly straight forward. The Velcro straps were a pain to attach at the top of canopy. They tangled and didn’t easily adhere. I was looking for a 10x12 shed with the door on the wide side which was surprisingly hard to find but fortunately this fit the bill. And Wayfair had it for a very reasonable price, so win-win! For a foreign made product I was thoroughly impressed with the instructions & how clearly pieces were labeled- they were surprisingly good! Assembly was very forgiving; measurements/alignment didn't have to be perfect, there was some forgiveness built in. HOWEVER. Every. Single. Piece. of stamped sheet metal (every side panel, every roof panel, the end gables, doors, etc) had a protective plastic film on it. No big deal right? Those are held on with static electricity right? NOPE! It's really thin plastic with an obnoxious adhesive- so if you heat it up, the glue loosens but the plastic softens & tears wayyyy too easily. If you don't heat it, the adhesive is too strong and tears the plastic wayyyy too easily. So lose-lose. Like literally I would say 50% of the time I put into assembling this was excruciatingly peeling torn plastic pieces off and 50% was enjoyably screwing & bolting pieces together watching the shed actually come to life. We'll see how long this lasts, I've had it up for a whopping 5 days so far & can't speak to longevity just yet. But it looks good!. Jg. Virginia, USA. Thu Sep 04 2025
