I had purchased an 8-inch GreenPan from Wayfair previously. I recently fried tofu in that pan. Frying tofu in a stainless steel or cast iron pan was difficult because the tofu sticks too much. It was easy in the GreenPan, and cleanup was no problem. I decided I needed a bigger GreenPan. The price for the 10-inch and 12-inch set was a bargain - just $20 more than the 12-inch pan along. We have a gas range, which seems to heat up most handles and utensils. With the GreenPan, the handle stays relatively cool. I would like to experience more red wine, and a decanter is a perfect way to share the experience with friends. This decanter is absolutely gorgeous, everything you come to expect from Riedel in design and quality. It is both solid yet delicate, and the glass is beautifully clear with no imperfections.
