Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. Instructions not included in the box but was provided by Wayfair online. Bolts for securing it to the floor also not included, although wood screws were included but we do not know why. Somewhat difficult and limited room to get your hands/arms behind the toilet to secure the install.
