I had purchased an 8-inch GreenPan from Wayfair previously. I recently fried tofu in that pan. Frying tofu in a stainless steel or cast iron pan was difficult because the tofu sticks too much. It was easy in the GreenPan, and cleanup was no problem. I decided I needed a bigger GreenPan. The price for the 10-inch and 12-inch set was a bargain - just $20 more than the 12-inch pan along. We have a gas range, which seems to heat up most handles and utensils. With the GreenPan, the handle stays relatively cool. This pot is great quality! It’s got a nice weight to it and is super stout. It also fits great inside pots from other makers. I have a kenmore set that is nonstick that I love and this fits perfectly inside the tall extra large pot. We have already found many different things to use it for to make lid a little easier. Overall this is a nice pan but it should not be labeled as non stick. You definitely need some type of fat to prevent sticking but you can use less. I do like that it can withstand higher heat.
