The fry pan was bought to use for frying eggs every morning. There are some spots that stick. The eggs don't slide out of the pan. A spatula is needed to release. Love this BergHoff Gem brand and appreciate your great prices. These pans are replacing my former EuroCast pans, that I have had for 8 yrs. They are still usable and I will offer to a family member. I cook a lot and these pans have served the test of time. Love the new removable handles on the GEM brand, that release real easy.
