Truly excellent, no fluff. The mattress is heavy . You need two people if you’re bringing it up the stairs. It’s easy after that. Use the inclosed tool to cut through the first layer of plastic and it begins inflating. Cut through the remaining plastic and listen to the hiss. Remove the plastic and it immediately inflates. This is not one of those mattresses that you need to wait 72 hours to inflate, it’s literally ready to go. If you need a firm mattress that’s not hard, but stiff enough, this is the one. The mattress was received compressed in a box, and when the package was opened, the mattress quickly expanded to a king size. It was pretty amazing how it was compressed so small and then turned into a 12” king size mattress. The mattress is firm but also soft at the same time. We have not yet put it on a frame, but we tried it out on the floor and it feels like a top quality mattress.
