Comfy, has held up well in our part-time home/part-time vacation rental. I spent two weeks sleeping on it while recovering from surgery and was perfectly comfortable. Three years in, and all the cushions are still bouncy, no sagging. No stains, despite a dog and two of our own kids plus countless guests and only one fabric snag. The feet will scuff over time if you’re not careful about hitting them with vacuum cleaners, but no more than any other couch I’ve owned.
