So… I ordered this ottoman because I saw it at a distant friend’s house. She told me which product number on Wayfair it was. It’s a great looking ottoman. The quality is top notch. Unfortunately FedEx delivered it with the box completely falling apart and dragged it on the pavement concrete and it got dirty. So I was going to just scrub it clean but upon opening it is completely dented in and the red ribbon that they pack with it has totally run all over it. The couch fabric is ok (we were expecting better), and the foam padding firm. The two pillows included have little stuffing, and we ordered foam to firm them up. I love my new couch! I got the Herring cove aqua fabric. I like this fabric because it has olefin in it so it will not wear easily. It is a very firm sofa but I like that. I don't like sinking down into things. Plus, I think it will last a long time. I was very happy with Western Peaks Logistics , the delivery company that delivered it. This couch is a really nice shade of grey. Material is a great texture. Cushions are nice and thick. Legs were a challenge to put on. No predrilled holes. A drill will be much easier. Couch came with a few disappointing things, under material us poorly stalked to the bottom and sloppily. A section was ripped along the wood and a few flaws in the material here and there.. Shauna. This sofa is beautiful! Color and fabric make it very classy! The silver in the multicolored pillows is very subtle, but the additional silver pillows they provide help them out a bit! The seat cushion is firm, so I am hopeful this will improve with time. I am 5’6+, and my feet are off the floor when I sit down.
