Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. If you want a hard pounding showerhead, this is not for you. Although you can get that too with the hand held sprayer that can slide up and down the post or come off for hand use.
