Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. The rough-in valve can be installed in any direction as long as the bathtub center line is aligned with one of the six screws on the plaster guard. The plaster guard has a flat top for easy leveling in installation to ensure the trim will be standing straight after installation. A test cap and plugs are included for pressure testing the connection between the rough-in valve and water supply lines.

The box border seat cushions and welted inside back cushions are all loose and reversible allowing you to rotate them to prolong the life of the cores as well as the life of the fabric. The chaise seat cushion will not rotate due to the mini t-cushion. ****Due to lighting and monitor differences, actual colors and finishes may vary slightly from what appears online****

This couch is a really nice shade of grey. Material is a great texture. Cushions are nice and thick. Legs were a challenge to put on. No predrilled holes. A drill will be much easier. Couch came with a few disappointing things, under material us poorly stalked to the bottom and sloppily. A section was ripped along the wood and a few flaws in the material here and there.. Shauna.
