I've been a loyal customer to Zwilling for years because of their quality products. This new Peak series does not disappoint. Excellent for searing, excellent heat distribution, and most important, very easy to clean. 10/10 would recommend, so much in fact I intend to buy all the other pots and pans from the series.. Oou Fry Pan
