Great value for the price. I installed it on my Sorara Mirador Pergola, and it worked well. I’d need is raising the underside height from 89” to 94”. Some of the louvers arrived with minor factory paint scratches. I reached out to Mirador for touch-up paint, but they don’t offer any. When 2 coats of acrylic latex paint are applied, classic craftsman series posts will deliver years of service as promised against rot, corrosion, and moisture damage.

Amazing...I grappled with buying these columns for 2 years, because of the non-refundable policy, so I had to be sure. I have a small porch so I knew I couldnt get the columns to wide or the proportions would look odd. So I used makeshift cardboard and the like to determine what to buy...I made the best decision with the 5.63 width columns they look amazing. My contractor bought 5 wood post from our local big box store and used brackets to install them on the porch. He used his nail gun to fasten each wrap to the wood post, he said it was rather simple to install. Next he caulked all the small nail gun holes and painted ( per instructions for winter protection) looks amazing. Our galvanized steel 16-gauge post are architectural grade powder coated to weather the elements. Complete your fence panel system with Versai corresponding metal fence components (sold separately) which include fence panels, gates, post accessories, and hardware. The 2 in. wide x 52 in. tall post is compatible to be used with our Versai 46 in. or 48 in. tall fence panels. The 64 in. tall post is compatible to be used with our Versai 54 in. or 58 in. tall fence panels.
