My partner and I have been using this split frame for a few months now and we love it. This is our first hollow box spring after living with an old coil box spring for so long. Though there are definitely differences, we sleep just as well on it. For reference, the two of us on our queen double pillow top mattress with four additional mattress tops are roughly 650lbs all together. This split frame easily holds all of the combined weight. The packaging was simple and easy to open, which I appreciated right away. Unlike some boxed mattresses that practically explode the moment the plastic is cut, this one expands in a much calmer and safer way. It slowly drew in air and took about two hours to really look like a mattress, then continued settling overnight until it reached its full shape. Comfort wise, this mattress definitely lives up to its extra firm description. It has very little give, yet feels supportive rather than hard. The breathable foam construction also helps it feel comfortable through the night. I chose the 10” thick version and think it would be especially good for a bunk bed, daybed, trundle, RV, or guest room where a dependable low profile mattress is needed. Vanity arrived very well packaged. It is much better quality than similarly sized vanities at the big box stores in all of the materials used for construction. No flimsy side or back panels! The soft closed hinges on the doors and rails for the roll-outs and drawers are of excellent quality. The cabinet looks as nice from the inside as it does on the outside. The top shelf is not adjustable it is fixed. Really tall items will not fit in the roll out below, but items shorter than 9.25” will. While I don’t think this would be a great mattress for daily use, this was a good mattress for the trundle portion of my kid’s bed. It is slim (in a month, it only expanded to about 5.5”), and it’s quite firm as it obviously doesn’t have room for all the support/comfort layers that a regular width mattress can have. But it fits very well in a trundle bed (even with bedding), is more comfortable than I expected it to be, and is more than fine for occasional use. It's beautiful but quite disppointed that it arrived dented and there is paint missing where it is dented. The dent also created a gap on the from of the mailbox. Also, the description said it came with the post. After waiting over a month for the mailbox to arrive, it arrived without the post and dented. The vanity itself is very nice and I’m happy with the purchase. Getting it into my home though, was a nightmare. Due to COVID they will not deliver it into the room. I live in a condo on an upper floor. The piece most likely weighs 400lbs! I had to hire a separate set of movers to bring it Into my home. It is my feeling that for heavy items that clearly need professional moving, they should continue to offer the “ into the room service” it was ridiculous to think I could move this myself. There were also issues with the local delivery service Wayfair used to delivery the vanity. They drove by my street and never delivered it to me! Wayfair did a good job in tracking down what happened although they took nothing off of the price for my trouble.
