Update 524 Contacted Wayfair the day I found my dented bottom piece. They got me in touch with Monument Grills the same day through their support. Monument Grills shipped out a new replacement base plate and I received it today. Excellent customer service. Changed my review from one star to 4. Would of made it a 5 if I didnt have to go through having to contact Support in the first place. Used the grill a few times now. Cooks great. Came dented. I read numerous reviews stating theirs were dented. I decided to roll the dice. No luck. My dent was on the side of the lower base plate. It affected the uniform shape of the grill. Really had to tighten screws to get things to go. The right door just falls off when I open it because the lower peg is slightly unaligned. Hopefully I can contact someone and get this replaced. We bought the Crown 310 over a year ago. It is the natural gas connected version from Broil King. Both my wife and I are retired and so most of my grilling is for just the 2 of us and the size of the bbq is about right. I grill probably 2 or 3 times a month all year depending upon occasions and dinner preferences. For personal use it is great. I have made some adjustments to the 310. I have filled in the hole/well in the bottom of the cabinet (propane tank) and have added a bar under the shelf for hanging bbq tools.
