Update 524 Contacted Wayfair the day I found my dented bottom piece. They got me in touch with Monument Grills the same day through their support. Monument Grills shipped out a new replacement base plate and I received it today. Excellent customer service. Changed my review from one star to 4. Would of made it a 5 if I didnt have to go through having to contact Support in the first place. Used the grill a few times now. Cooks great. Came dented. I read numerous reviews stating theirs were dented. I decided to roll the dice. No luck. My dent was on the side of the lower base plate. It affected the uniform shape of the grill. Really had to tighten screws to get things to go. The right door just falls off when I open it because the lower peg is slightly unaligned. Hopefully I can contact someone and get this replaced. So glad I opted for a Monument grill cover rather than purchasing from a box store. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our last dishwasher was also a Bosch, installed over 15 years ago. I was shocked (though I obviously shouldn't have been) to see that the water and electrical hookups had moved completely, making the install much more complicated for me. On the other hand, the newer leveling procedure is much nicer. Of course, we're still just getting used to it, but I fully expect this new Benchmark version to last at least as long as the old "800" model did, and be just as easy to live with. (Full disclosure, the old one would still be running fine if "someone" hadn't taken a tumble on the open door!) So far, my only quibble (and it's a large one) is that the Delay Start button has been moved to ONLY the app and is no longer on the control panel. At least let it be part of your Favorites settings! This product is designed with a lift rod to switch between the faucet and hand shower. Unfortunately the engineers can not figure it out, why we have to use a pair of pliers to lift the rod. we use the bathtub very seldom and try to not use the hand shower because the rod is not movable without a tool and the lift rod's knob can sheer off after awhile. Very powerful water flow. Fills up my large soaking tub in about 5 minutes. Cleans up nicely. Very sturdy. Spout rotates which is a nice feature. Wand can leak out a little water if shaken for a minute after turning off water but this hasn't been an issue. We bought the Crown 310 over a year ago. It is the natural gas connected version from Broil King. Both my wife and I are retired and so most of my grilling is for just the 2 of us and the size of the bbq is about right. I grill probably 2 or 3 times a month all year depending upon occasions and dinner preferences. For personal use it is great. I have made some adjustments to the 310. I have filled in the hole/well in the bottom of the cabinet (propane tank) and have added a bar under the shelf for hanging bbq tools. The workmanship on the unit is solid and my only criticism is that there is only 1 set of swivel casters (2 would make it easier to maneuver on my deck).. Al310. Guelph. Tue Apr 05 2022
