The faucet was nicely shaped but not the right look. The amazing part was the customer service; they couldn't send the sink I wanted in the first place because CA bans certain materials (happy for this safety check). The rep had politely sold me into this replacement idea and when I originally went to return it, I noticed a return shipping fee.
