The rough-in valve can be installed in any direction as long as the bathtub center line is aligned with one of the six screws on the plaster guard. Our WC plates feature dual-flush actuation of 6 liters and 3 liters – allowing the user to choose how much water to use. For further water saving, all Grohe cisterns can be adjusted to reduce the larger flush volume to 4.5 liters.

Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
