This oven looks really nice & cooks extremely well! I use Convection Mode mostly & it automatically reduces temperature which is nice. Bake Mode is what I use for desserts, breads & so far I’m happy with that. I have used the air fryer & comes with a basket. Improvements: menu panel is VERY hard to see in the evening- the print is too light. This really needs to be backlit, imo. (The LCD display that shows temp, etc is very bright so I’m not sure why the menu display is so dull) Also it’s missing add a minute button, when you want to add more time to cooking. The oven light goes off after 1 minute, which makes no sense if you want to check on your food while cooking. I've had this for about two months--although it hasn't been installed that long. It seems to work beautifully, has lots of options for heat, spin, sanitize--anything you could possibly want. No complaints at all! If I had just replaced a former unit, this would have been a breeze, and probably the installation would have been a snap! But if you, like me, are installing ANY unit in a new location in your house, beware of steep learning curve! In my case: re-routing of HVAC register & ductwork, new electric lines with permits, new plumbing lines connecting to maze of existing plumbing lines, with outdoor dryer venting connecting to--what? Well it was not simple! And, all the work with several different contractors cost at least three times what the unit itself did, in the end. $$$$! On the positive side, I now have exactly what I wanted, and it all works perfectly, giving me the flexibility I craved. I read lots of reviews, and this stackable seemed best.. Kate. Maryland. FIVE Stars! First off, Wayfair AND KOHLER have the most phenomenal customer service and I write that because we had trouble with our first plumber saying products were defective and they were not it was the plumbers inadequacy. Kohler makes the best products and I chose to have every toilet and faucet and drain by Kohler. This being said, I love the luxurious Kohler faucets for my double sink. I didn’t get a Kohler sink, so note if and when you indulge in these faucets, if your sink is like mine, you will need a universal drain since the sink is a “concealed drain” (which a drain is included, just not universal) which I was told my Kohler means it will not be able to flood over. Anyway, these faucets are an absolute splurge for us, but for our primary shower that we hope to use for the next 15-20 years living here, we (being me, I) felt it was worth it. Thank you Wayfair.
