I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. I love this thing! Easy to use and works so well!! I’ve already cleaned multiple rugs and our bedroom carpet and it looks so much better! It dries really quick on the quick clean mode. But the deep clean definitely does a better job. It’s light weight and easy to set up and take apart for cleaning. The solution it comes with are tiny bottles so make sure you purchase extra to use!.
