Looks great and love the slow close lids. My only gripe is that the cans are pretty small so we have to take out the recycling way more often than we did with our old can. This was a ridiculous amount of money to spend on a trash/recycling bin, but when you think of it as a piece of furniture...well, it's slightly more palatable. We've been using 2 bins, one for trash, the other for recycling for years but it was such a mess constantly all around and the look was just...unappealing...right in the middle of the action. So I saw this and decided to pay the price. I'm glad I did. This is an attractive piece that functions so well to contain the necessary. I love the touch lid; I'm not a fan of the foot levers as I have never seen one that has any longevity in anyone else's kitchen and that requires your bin to be floor level. The raised bin here is awesome; the handles make it so easy to move to sweep (when I do sweep lol). It fits under a standard height kitchen counter perfectly. The design of the lid allows the bin to be flush again the base cabinet and still function perfectly. I like the smaller sized bins inside as it forces us to take the garbage and recycling out more frequently because the stink usually builds before the bin is full in our household of two, so this functions better for us. Even in a larger household, if you keep the kitchen bins dedicated for just the kitchen, it should function well if you don't mind a more frequent chore, but if your household uses the kitchen trash as the main source of trash and you are a larger household, then you don't want this dual bin, you want the singular one. Had this for about 8 months and it is honestly perfect for our household. Stainless finish is attractive, and it functions very well. Large volume is great, and it's very nice to have the integrated recycling bin. Foot pedal and main lid have good action and I do actually use the little push top for recycling sometimes. I really like how the interior bins have rubber bands that help hold a bag in place. Never ended up using the deodorizing insert. We put the provided recycling magnet on the push door, and that plus the blue bin, makes it very clear to guests which side is which. It fits perfectly and tucks neatly into the corner nook next to our cabinets and doesn't feel bulky despite the two compartments. The side handle makes it easy to move for cleaning, and the pedals are solid. I had to take a star off due to it arriving with a visible dent along the lower side that was not caused in shipping (the box was in perfect shape). It doesn't affect function, but it's disappointing and I'd suggest inspecting it closely on arrival before deciding whether to keep or exchange.
