Great full size sofa with a smaller profile. Back is tall, which I love. Both ends recline independently and smoothly. Not “cushy” and soft. It’s firm, great for company to sit, but not great for cuddling up to watch a movie. Went together easy enough.. Regina. Severna Park, MD. Tue Sep 08 2026

Update to review This sofa is not the sink-into kind, but has wonderful support and the reclining feature is so comfy! It reclines flat and mechanism works smoothly. The upholstery will be a breeze to clean. I did put it together by myself not as time consuming as I had guessed. It should be noted that the seat cushions come vacuum-packed and need to “puff up” for 2-3 days. They look great now. Also, the cushions attach with a heavy duty zipper— it is difficult to get started and there was one that simply would not zipper. I changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars after using it! Original review This sofa is going to be incredibly time consuming to put together. The upholstery seems pretty thick and hopefully durable. I just can’t believe the number of pieces involved. I will post another picture when it is fully assembled. The power recliner sounds like a nice feature as does the charging port. I am sure it will take two of us several hours to put together.. Lori. The sofa is really great. The delivery company - not so much. My delivery was delayed twice and I finally got it the third time. The first delay had no reason listed, just rescheduled for 3 days later. The second delivery window, I received the AI phone call that morning and took the day off work to wait. The delivery instructions stated to call me so I could meet them at the gate and their AI was given the same instruction when it called. Somehow it was rescheduled stating that the place was closed. There was no call from the driver and I was home waiting about two minutes from the gate. Very frustrating to waste a whole day of PTO for nothing. The reschedule was 3 more days later and this time I sat out by the gate for two and a half hours to make sure. The actual delivery that day went smoothly and the driver and helper were both professional, courteous and efficient. Overall happy with purchase just don’t know if I’ll ever order again if it requires delivery.. Timothy. Phoenix . Az. Sun Sep 06 2026

Not as happy with this piece as I had hoped, but making it work. Assembly was very easy and quick. Reclining and zero gravity features are fantastic. It’s not the most attractive piece by itself and the cushion are far too firm, the piece was not comfortable on its own. Add some down pillows and a plush blanket and that made it comfortable and attractive. It’ll be a keeper for now.. Natasha. Mission, TX. Sun Sep 27 2026
