4 stars because we had to hire a plumber to have it flush consistently but it works! The space toilet is good and the customer service was very helpful :) Would recommend professional installation. Edit: I also want to add that the toilet does make a lot of beeping sounds. It basically beeps before every action. There is no way to turn this off, mute or lower the volume. Since this is attached to the master bedroom it has woken me up at night. I've read this is a safety feature. I was given this suggestion from support: “However, if you find the beeping a bit loud at night, one simple solution is to put a felt circle over the buzzer. We’re in the start of a much needed full bath remodel and one of our wish list items is a smart toilet after experiencing one on vacation. We have not yet installed this one but wanted to get it unpacked and give it some “test sits” since the shape is somewhat different than your typical elongated toilet. The seat feels slightly different in width but the more noticeable difference being the length of the opening in th seat. From front to back it’s 2” shorter. In fact the overall depth is 2” shorter which will be nice in our small bathroom. We want to do some more dry runs comparing the fell of this shorter style before we commit to installing it. The look is very nice and the toilet is pretty heavy. The finishes are smooth and high end in appearance.
