Good quality rug, exactly what I wanted as far as thickness (I despise washable rugs). My only issue was the color. I ordered the creamivory and it looks more cool toned than what I wanted. While I love the colors and I am please with the look, we are disappointed in the quality of craftsmanship. The edge of the rug is crooked and has about an 1.5 inch difference in width from one side to the other. Wayfair did help by giving me a discount on the product.
