These lamps are awesome. They work great and hold a charge well. My daughter lost power for 24 hours and I sent her home with a lamp and she said it worked great overnight when they wanted to play a game or get from one room to another without using their phone light. Nothing compares to the soft light and rustic charm of a kerosene lantern. There is a reason that this product endures; it works! Our lantern is durable and simple, with a large glass globe and a fully adjustable wick.

I tried Keosene with bad results. The flame would not maintain a constant level. I switched to lamp oil and it's run like a champ ever since.
