Overall we are happy with this little greenhouse. It took about 8 hours for my husband to put together. I helped here and there when I was able. The directions aren’t great and some pieces didn’t match what was in the directions so we had to get creative. Once we put the supports in, it feels very sturdy- and it’s very warm. We were able to build it fairly easily BUT we had a few parts that were not the correct size. We are waiting for the manufacturer to contact us regarding replacement of the 2 roof vents which were about 6inches too short. One of the corner frames was too short by about an inch as well. we were able to make this work by drilling a different hole but it was incredibly frustrating to deal with. I think we were unlucky enough to get a box that had been previously opened. Many of the parts were dented, though not beyond use, and it was not really obvious that they were until we started putting the poly panels into the frames. If the manufacturer makes this right, by replacing the vents, I would probably give it 4 stars. I am very excited to have it completed and it is quite sizable. My husband is 6ft1 and is able to walk around the majority of the space without ducking. I am 5ft4 and can stand at the shortest side without ducking. Update!! So far i am halfway through the build has taken several hours split in two days will be working on Finnishing this weekend but so far i am liking it instructions are easy to read there was one part we felt like we were on a wild goose chase but realized it was labeled wrong and has been smooth sailing. I am in love with this greenhouse. When I first opened the box I got pretty overwhelmed with the assembly but one I got it going and took it one step at time it came together perfectly. It does contain a ton of parts. I put together on my own but it took many days. I build a paver base for this but keep in mind it’s pretty lightweight so be sure to anchor it down well and follow the placement directions from the book. While I was putting it together we had a very windy day and it did move around quite a bit so keep that in mind. They really thought of everything. The down spouts, the door latch, the crossbars for support. It is truly a work of craftsmanship. I cannot wait to fill it with plants and greenery!. Tuesdee. North Richland Hills, TX. I just put it together over the weekend and I have not installed the door yet. My first impression was the wood was brittle and prone to cracking. One of the window frames was cracked on delivery and I had to glue it together. I put it together by myself with some help from time to time. You have to be handy! We attached this to 4x4’s and filled with gravel. It is a sweet little place, but I do wish I’d picked a bigger one!! It does need to be caulked to keep the panels in place. First of all very difficult to read instructions. It came instead of being black with clear polycarbonate or came as green supports with white poly. Whole structure is very flimsy and even with it all together still not very sturdy. Took me 20 hours over 5 days to finally get it together. Great greenhouse! There are A LOT of pieces, so its easier to lay them out first. I must admit that I was totally intimidated when I opened the box and saw all the pieces. I just knew it would take me all day, but it only took about 30 be minutes! The green house is really roomy and I love the side vents, which allow for great ventilation and allows nice breezes to blow through. While the building is pretty sturdy once assembled, be careful with the metal bars. They will tend to bend if you put a lot of pressure on them when they are not joined. Once joined, I was able to hang a few substantial plants on the center bars at the top of the structure. What’s even better is that the covering is not only sturdy, but looks really nice too!
