It comes with 2 two brush heads: one soft, one stiff, however, I could not tell the difference between the brush heads, the seemed to be the same bristle stiffness. I love the standing dustpan as it is very easy to sweep into it. I also love the combs on the dustpan especially when trying to clean pet hair off of the bristles. I absolutely love the BISSELL CleanView Compact Upright Vacuum. It is super compact and lightweight, making it perfect for small apartments with hard floors, laminate, and light carpet. Despite its size, it has very strong suction power and picks up dirt and debris extremely well. It is also very easy to clean and maintain, which is a huge plus.
