Id give 0 stars. While cs is usually pretty good. This item and cs was terrible. We bought this for a bathroom project. Left the box intact. And of course our project was started recently ( after 30 day return). Well we learned that the item was missing screws and cables and that it was shipped to us from returns. When bringing it up in chat all we got assorry for your experience we cant do anything because we must be fair to our customers. Yea not good enough.
