I had a few problems installing. The swing out arm would get stuck while swinging out. I had to add a slat of wood where the mounting bracket attached to the cabinet. I plan on placing my small Bose speaker on the shelf. The only problem is the brackets were not included in the packaging so my shelves are not installed yet. The shelves are glass. Customer service was quick to answer my message about the missing brackets and they were shipped out right away. I couldn’t recess the cabinet because of pipes behind the wall that I didn’t know were there. My contractor installed a steel bracket underneath and installed it on the wall into the beams.
