They are indeed very very heavy and arrived in two different packages which was only annoying b/c then I had to get people twice to bring them in, versus just once but two trips at the same time. I just thought that part was odd. They haven't been installed yet so I need to update my review once that happens. It’s a beautiful shower door. Heavy. I was hesitant on ordering based on a couple of the low reviews. We didn’t install it ourselves our contractor did. It was difficult to find the shower door I wanted for our tiny bathroom and this was perfect. Pros: The weight of the door is good if you upgrade to the thicker glass. The overall look is nice. Cons: The rollers are uneven and loud, the installer said they are on the cheaper side and expected higher quality from Kohler. The two doors have different opacity in the frosting with the permanent one frosted and the roller door more see through. The black lines are not metal lining as we expected but instead black paint inside the glass. Installation is incredibly difficult and took our experienced contractor over 5 hours and continual frustration. Overall, it is an OK door for the price but left a lot to be desired.. Frosty323. The quality is really good for the price point! We decided to find the glass that worked and then build our shower around the size of the door. We did have some broken parts arrive and Wayfair handled it very well and took care of us.
