This is GREAT quality and thickness. VERY heavy. Installation was not too bad. We have wonky measurements and leveling in our basement but they provided enough rubber blocks to shim. The only negative is it told us to drill the upper bracket somewhere that would not meet for the arched top, I think that’s may just be a print oversight, since they have regular rectangular ones as well. Very happy with the product and works as described. I would point out that you need to use the provided 1/2 inch connectors as the bidet requires that size.
