Includes: chef knife with self-sharpening blade cover. Hand wash with warm water and a mild detergent; rinse and dry immediately; wipe protective, blade cover as needed with a damp cloth.

What a nice looking set! I’ve been looking for a new set of kitchen knives for some time now and came across these. I had planned to surprise my husband with them for Christmas but once I received them I knew I couldn’t wait that long! It comes with almost any knife needed and let me say they are super sharp! So much in fact my husband gave himself a little cut when putting them all in place. The overall holder is a little larger than I would have wanted as it takes up just a little more counter space than our old one, but not a deal breaker. I only took a photo of a few knives vs laying them all out, but you can still see the sharpness and quality. They are not lightweight but not heavy, just right!
