We’re really pleased with our new pool table. It arrived by a delivery company and delivery was professionally scheduled. We paid extra for inside delivery to floor of our choice, it’s worth the extra as the box is large and very heavy. The pool table is packaged extremely well. It was simple to assemble the legs, the side supports for the legs are packed and in the box but under the table top. Just mentioning this as we thought they were missing. It took 3 adult men to lift the table and turn it over and place it on its feet. The only part we were uncertain about were the actual round feet it rests on are made of plastic. The dryer is great. Im handy, so it was very easy to hook up. The delivery was a different story. We were given a delivery day of Tuesday, then it changed to Monday between 7 AM and 7 PM. My wife called at 930 Monday to narrow down the window, and was eventually told they didnt even have it at the delivery center. Then he checked and found it had just arrived, but it was too late to get it on a truck. Problem was, we took Monday off to receive it and hook it up. He said they could deliver Wednesday, between 7 AM and 11 AM, with a call 30 min. before delivery. They called at 6 AM, and delivered at 645 AM. But, we have the dryer, so all is good. The delivery crew from Glen Ellyn Moving and Storage were great, quick,efficient and polite. Oops! I made a mistake! I ordered the wrong size crib mattress. I have a crib that collapses to be put to the side when not in use and it has a smaller size mattress than an actual crib mattress.
