Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). More information is provided in our instructions manual. The panels ship in a single carton in 5 separate rolls, with color-matched screws included. We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Setup was a breeze for our electrician- he was very pleased with the accessibility of the electrical components. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! The Y-Latch is a swing latch that provides adjustability to your gate. Designed to work with aluminum gates and is composed of steel, so it will withstand the most extreme weather conditions. This latch is is lockable in two places for extra security and works with 2" posts and 2" uprights.

This Y-latch is just what I was looking for, it is a little bigger then i needed, but it won't work with my gate. the space between the gate and the post is too small. I think you need at least 2in.
