Inspired by downtown urban living, the Chapman Eight-Drawer Dresser combines craftsman style with modern design elements. Constructed of White Oak Veneers in a warm brown Sorrel finish, the dresser is accented by jewelry-like forged pewter custom hardware and is on raised, slender metal legs with a stretcher in a cool contemporary pewter color. The 8 drawers have soft-close drawer guides, the top left drawer has a gray removable felt liner and the top right drawer has a removable felt jewelry tray. Both bottom drawers are cedar-lined.

The dresser would have received a 5 star, but I did experience issues when delivered. First time it arrived, the bottom metal bar was snapped in half and delivery was refused. A replacement unit was sent out immediately. When the replacement arrived, the metal bar on the side was snapped. Out of frustration, I didn’t want to refuse this unit and accepted it with the intention of having a welder hired to fix the issue. I called customer service and they suggested a discount.
