Came in missing parts. The he sofa was missing the side brackets to slide the side piece on. The company immediately sent out the brackets. Problem was, we were unable to get them on there perfectly so we just left it off. Pros: good manufacture to purchase from, the quality it good, and when sitting on it as a chair it’s comfortable. Cons: the reclining part I'm not impressed with. When you recline it as far as it goes, it’s not for tall people (meaning over 5’7”) your feet overhang. This innovative KOHLER® Anthem+ system controller acts as the wiring center and brain for the Anthem showering system, providing connections for every component and powering the digital control. Beyond that, everything is customizable — with the option to add up to 12 water outlets, plus steam enhancements.

We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. The shower and all its components is gorgeous and feels wonderful, but these tech issues are enough to drive you crazy, especially 18 months after install.. Cajunmeggle. Tennessee. Wed Feb 26 2025

My significant other is still trying to figure out how to put this together, somehow he did this with it (see image) and currently it’s a chair instead of a storage loveseat. The fabric is really soft and the pillows are quite fluffy. They come very flat and take a several days to fully puff up. Hopefully he’ll figure out the full secret to assembly success and I’ll be able to report back with the loveseat reveal. It does make a nice chair so far. This bidet faucet is chrome, so it is shiny and nice looking. It is 1.5 GPM. The Rebris E collection is very slim and sleek, so it doesn't take up a lot of space. This is very simple to install and is made with quality materials. I love the design and how it makes my bathroom look more stylish. If you are looking for a bidet faucet, this is a nice one to get.. I ordered the Edgecomb Sofa with Chaise in Dorset Taupe. The fabric is beautiful and wears well. The sofa cushions are very comfortable. The chaise cushion is where the problem lies. Either the feet end of the chaise cushion is over stuffed, or the top of the ottoman is too high, thereby causing a sinking sensation when you sit on the chaise. Wayfair replaced the sofa once due to the issue. However, they did not correct the problem and the second sofa has the same problem. I then paid someone to cut down the legs of the ottoman, hoping this would solve the problem. I did not. Very disappointed. This is a design flaw that needs to be addressed. I am going to attempt to order a separate sofa cushion to replace the chaise and do away with the ottoman and chaise completely. I will post an update.. Barbara. Philadelphia, PA. Sat Mar 29 2025
