This is a very beautiful sofa. The faux leather is high quality. It is soft to the touch and it is hard to distinguish from genuine leather. Wonderful, warm caramel color. The sofa comes all packed in one box which is convenient. The inserts for the cushions are vacuum sealed so that is how everything fits in a single container. The cushions fluff up very quickly upon opening and it wasn’t difficult to get them into the zippered cases. It does require two people for assembly. Support is firm yet comfy. The Kohler bidet faucet box “seal” was unsealed, dirty, and squeezed, therefore not sure if all the rough-In parts are included. I Hope so. Seems like a returned item placed back in stock. While being small in stature, the sectional is big on comfort and convenience, making it a great seating option that the whole family will love. This sectional is 86 inches wide and features a reversible chaise ottoman, allowing for easy configuration in your living room or family room. Upholstered in soft polyester fabric with a plush microfiber feel, this piece has comfortable spring and foam-filled seat cushions and pillowy back cushions that will make the Palisades storage sectional a favorite relaxation destination in your home. The sectional has a gas lift seat frame that hides a storage space that is approximately four inches high. Gas lift technology allows for safe access to the storage area as the frame is easy to open and will not slam shut. The entire 86 inch wide sectional arrives in one amazingly compact and eco-friendly box with easy-to-follow instructions, so delivery and assembly are simple.

The storage is great, and for the most part the couch is comfortable. With all of the cushions being removable and washable its easy to keep clean and nice. The only caveat is that the cushion fabric shifts on the cushion padding because the Velcro stays where it is attached but underneath your bottom the cushion shifts. The Velcro is underneath the cushion, when it should have probably been at the back of the cushion where it butts up against the back of the couch. I ordered the Edgecomb Sofa with Chaise in Dorset Taupe. The fabric is beautiful and wears well. The sofa cushions are very comfortable. The chaise cushion is where the problem lies. Either the feet end of the chaise cushion is over stuffed, or the top of the ottoman is too high, thereby causing a sinking sensation when you sit on the chaise. Wayfair replaced the sofa once due to the issue. However, they did not correct the problem and the second sofa has the same problem. I then paid someone to cut down the legs of the ottoman, hoping this would solve the problem. I did not. Very disappointed. This is a design flaw that needs to be addressed. I am going to attempt to order a separate sofa cushion to replace the chaise and do away with the ottoman and chaise completely. I will post an update.. Barbara. Philadelphia, PA. Sat Mar 29 2025

My significant other is still trying to figure out how to put this together, somehow he did this with it (see image) and currently it’s a chair instead of a storage loveseat. The fabric is really soft and the pillows are quite fluffy. They come very flat and take a several days to fully puff up. Hopefully he’ll figure out the full secret to assembly success and I’ll be able to report back with the loveseat reveal. It does make a nice chair so far.
