Came in missing parts. The he sofa was missing the side brackets to slide the side piece on. The company immediately sent out the brackets. Problem was, we were unable to get them on there perfectly so we just left it off. Pros: good manufacture to purchase from, the quality it good, and when sitting on it as a chair it’s comfortable. Cons: the reclining part I'm not impressed with. When you recline it as far as it goes, it’s not for tall people (meaning over 5’7”) your feet overhang. Appreciate that it’s not off gassing toxins. * Update-Only negative is that I wish the bench cushion was flippable like the back cushions, I have to keep adjusting the cushion because it pulls forward physically and the material pulls forward so I have to unzip it and realign the seems. It took a few days for the pillows to fluff out (expand) to look puffy - so do not be discouraged when you see that it looks flat initially. This sectional is 86 inches wide and features a reversible chaise ottoman, allowing for easy configuration in your living room or family room. Upholstered in soft polyester fabric with a plush microfiber feel, this piece has comfortable spring and foam-filled seat cushions and pillowy back cushions that will make the Palisades storage sectional a favorite relaxation destination in your home. The sectional has a gas lift seat frame that hides a storage space that is approximately four inches high. Gas lift technology allows for safe access to the storage area as the frame is easy to open and will not slam shut. The entire 86 inch wide sectional arrives in one amazingly compact and eco-friendly box with easy-to-follow instructions, so delivery and assembly are simple.

The storage is great, and for the most part the couch is comfortable. With all of the cushions being removable and washable its easy to keep clean and nice. The only caveat is that the cushion fabric shifts on the cushion padding because the Velcro stays where it is attached but underneath your bottom the cushion shifts. The Velcro is underneath the cushion, when it should have probably been at the back of the cushion where it butts up against the back of the couch.
