Problem was, we were unable to get them on there perfectly so we just left it off. Pros: good manufacture to purchase from, the quality it good, and when sitting on it as a chair it’s comfortable. Cons: the reclining part I'm not impressed with. When you recline it as far as it goes, it’s not for tall people (meaning over 5’7”) your feet overhang. We are in love with this loveseat. The electric headrest is a bonus because where you want your head while watching TV is definitely different from where you want it when you're napping. It arrived very quickly in 2 large boxes that are very heavy, as the weight of the entire sofa is a little over 200 pounds. It’s complicated to assemble though I could not find instructions anywhere in the boxes, and I had to reach out through Wayfair customer service who emailed me a set of instructions, very great customer service!The frame itself is VERY heavy duty, and it’s listed as EACH seating section can support 350 pounds, and that’s why I purchased it because I am a big person. The cushions are vacuum compressed and actually puff up very fast. On-line specs says in 48 hours, but I was sitting on it much sooner than that, and by the next day it was perfect. I like that the cushions are firm enough that I do t sink down in them, that was a concern of mine due to my weight. The material is a chenille fabric, and I Googled that. It means it very durable and also has a nice sheen to it. Chenille does require a bit of maintenance, as brushing, but I think with medium use it wouldn’t, that’s just my opinion. I like that the 2 ottoman’s have hidden storage under the lid. What a great feature! It keeps all my clutter off of the coffee table The sofa has a super handy charging station which is awesome! The sofa also has flashing lights underneath which would be pretty cool for parties. The entire set- up is very sturdy and very well made and has useful and well thought out features. I’m impressed!
