I do not recommend this handleset. It does not operate well at all. The lever is not straight and lockingunlocking the door is extremely difficult. The door does not latch easily either. Overall I’m really disappointed in this purchase. I would return the item, but it has already been installed in my brand new door and the holes have been drilled. And because I did not understand single vs double latch and a key is required to lock the door from the inside I have to purchase yet another product to replace the double latch with a single.
