Bread pudding, banana bread and brownies for the family and keto versions of these treats for myself. Everything bakes beautifully in this and releases very easily. The fry pan was bought to use for frying eggs every morning. There are some spots that stick. The eggs don't slide out of the pan. A spatula is needed to release.
