The dishes arrived safe and sound. They were packaged well and were delivered very quickly. They have a good weight and feel in your hand. Didn’t notice any manufacturing flaws or blemishes (bought two sets). Banged one pretty hard, by accident, and didn’t manage to break it. I heated up food in the microwave and the plates did not get hot. My only issue is that these dishes are advertised as being white and they are light gray. The band on the rim is not black, it is a darker gray. See my attached picture on a white table. I will keep them because I do like them. I just wish that they were the color that I wanted.. Deborah. The fry pan was bought to use for frying eggs every morning. There are some spots that stick. The eggs don't slide out of the pan. A spatula is needed to release. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. Bought this faucet in chrome finish. It really dresses up the sink area. The chrome finish does not seem to water spot. This prep faucet is the perfect size, not too tall and very sleek looking. The docking system seems very secure. The pull down hose lets me easily rinse my 33" single sink. I can even fill a 5 gallon bucket under this faucet. I also love the toggle to change the spray.
